 Marlex HHM TR-144 pellet Description 

HHM TR144 is a high density polyethylene resin pellets (HDPE material) produced by Chevron Phillips specifically for blow molding, with good flexibility, durability and processability, often used as garbage bags, t-shirt bags, and other products.

  • Food contact grade,  Marlex HHM TR144 HDPE material complies with food safety standards, obtaining U.S. FDA and EU 10/2011 food safety certification, and can be used as a non permanent contact food packaging material.
  • Good flexibility and durability. As a high density polyethylene material specifically designed for blow molding, Marlex HHM TR-144 HDPE exhibits excellent tensile and puncture resistance. Under a 50mm/min test environment, its yield tensile strength in the flow direction reaches 24MPa, and its elongation at break reaches 480%, demonstrating excellent flexibility and tensile properties. Its drop hammer impact strength reaches 90g, making it ideal for producing blow-molded HDPE films.
  • Excellent processability, HHM TR144 is a high density polyethylene material designed for blow molding, compared to cast, stretch and extruded films. Blow molded film has shorter cooling times and shorter processing cycles, making it a suitable HDPE material for mass production of HDPE film.
