Application
Cycoloy CX7240 is injection molding polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene blend material (PC/ABS) produced by Saudi Basic Industry Corporation. It contains high standard environmentally friendly flame retardant, does not contain chlorine and brominated ingredients, has excellent flame retardant effect and is safe. CX7240 PC+ABS has high melt index, high fluidity, easy processing, and is suitable for thin-wall product production

- High performance environmentally friendly flame retardant. Cycoloy CX7240 PC/ABS material contains flame retardant ingredients, and the flame retardant grade of the finished product meets the UL94 standard V-0 level. At the same time, the flame retardant does not contain chlorine and bromide ingredients, has strong flame retardant performance and is safe, meeting the environmental protection requirements of European and American countries.
- Rapid prototyping plastic material, Cycoloy CX7240 PC+ABS has a molding time of 2-4 hours, which is faster than conventional polycarbonate and ABS plastic raw materials, making it easier to mass produce.
- Superior chemical resistance. Compared with standard PC+ABS mixed polymer materials, CX7240 has higher chemical resistance and is widely used in thin-wall applications, such as battery component housings, air conditioner housings, air purifier housings, hard disk housings, etc.
