Shen Ma EPR27 is an injection molding and extrusion molding PA66 material produced by Shenma Group. This material focuses on modified substrates, has good heat resistance, fluidity and molecular weight, and has strong compatibility with other materials.

Pingdingshan Coal Industry Shenma Group is a major polyamide producer in China, among which PA66 is the largest manufacturer in China, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of PA66. It has achieved independent production of adiponitrile and complete localization of PA66. The technical parameters of PA66 produced by it have reached the international advanced level and can basically replace other brands of high-end PA66 materials.

It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding, and is suitable for conventional polyamide 66 application requirements.
Excellent mixing and compatibility. As an excellent modified base material, EPR27 polyamide 66 has strong compatibility with the blending system and can form high-performance composite materials after mixing with PA6, PBT and other materials.
Excellent thermal stability, EPR27 PA66 material has high heat resistance, the heat deformation temperature under 1.8MPa test conditions is 65℃, the melting temperature is 256℃, and the processing temperature is relatively wide.which is convenient for subsequent thermal processing modification operations
