Toray Amilan CM3004-V0 PA66 Description

Amilan CM3004-V0 is flame-retardant polyamide 6,6 resin (PA 66 or nylon 66 material) manufactured by Toray Chemical. This polyamide material contains halogen-free flame retardants and achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, offers excellent strength, toughness, heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Suitable for applications in home appliances, electronic components, automotive parts, office equipment, and more.

Toray Amilan CM3004-V0 PA66 Advantage

UL 94 V0 flame retardant nylon. Toray Amilan CM3004 V-0 PA6.6 material contains a melamine-cyanurate flame retardant (MCA) that achieves UL 94 V-0 flame retardancy at thickness of 0.25 mm, making it ideal for thin-walled applications requiring highly effective flame retardancy, at the same time, because this flame retardant does not contain bromine, chlorine, or other such components and has a milky white color, the finished product performs exceptionally well in light-colored and white applications.
Excellent mechanical properties. Toray Amilan CM3004-V0 PA 6,6 material exhibits exceptional rigidity and strength, achieving a flexural modulus of 3.5 GPa at 23°C and maintaining 1.2 GPa even at 80°C. It is suitable for automotive and home appliance components requiring high strength.
Excellent high temperature resistance. Toray CM3004-V0 polyamide achieves a heat deflection temperature of 244°C at 0.46 MPa. It maintains superior performance for extended periods under typical application temperatures and retains excellent properties even in high-temperature environments. This material is suitable for applications requiring wear and heat resistance, such as automotive connectors and industrial fasteners.
