Magnum 3325 MT is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS material) manufactured by Trinseo PLC. It features low gloss and high flow rate, and as a medium-heat ABS, it is particularly suitable for producing unpainted automotive interior applications. The material meets the certification requirements of multiple automakers including Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors.

Certified to meet the ABS material requirements of Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, Daimler, and the Renault-Nissan joint procurement division, it serves as an ideal automotive plastic material.
Heat stabilized ABS, Magnum 3325 MT exhibits moderate heat resistance properties, achieving a heat deflection temperature of 82°C without annealing under a 1.8MPa test environment, effectively enhancing product design flexibility.
Lower VOC levels. Unlike the more common ABS produced using emulsion technology, Trinseo’s Magnum 3325 MT ABS is manufactured using continuous bulk polymerization technology,This technology employs a one-step polymerization process that uses fewer emulsifiers and salts. The resulting ABS products reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions by 80% compared to conventional ABS, making them particularly suitable for automotive interiors and toys, where odor sensitivity is a concern.
Excellent machinability, Trinseo 3325 MT ABS exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 10 g/10 min at 220°C under a 10 kg test environment. It is suitable for injection molding processes, with its high flow rate facilitating large-scale production.
