UBESTA 3030 U is a high-performance polyamide 12 polymer resin (PA12 material) manufactured by Japan UBE Engineering Plastics. This unreinforced polyamide material exhibits excellent dimensional stability and low-temperature toughness.

UBE UBESTA 3030 U PA12 Advantage

Superior dimensional stability, UBE 3030 U PA12 exhibits extremely low moisture absorption compared to conventional polyamide materials. Even without glass fiber reinforcement, its moisture absorption rate is only 0.7%, and its flow direction molding shrinkage is merely 0.6%. It is suitable for producing components requiring high precision.
Resistant to low-temperature impact, UBE 3030 U polyamide resin demonstrates superior performance at low temperatures. Even in extreme cold environments of -40°C, its Charpy impact strength with notching reaches 6.0 kJ/m², making it suitable for low-temperature applications.
Lower density: With a density of just 1.02 g/cm³, UBESTA 3030 U PA12 material enables lightweighting of mechanical components, reducing the weight of finished products.
