 BASF Ultramid B3WG7 PA6 pellet Description 

Ultramid B3WG7 is a 35% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 resin (GF35 PA6 material) produced by BASF Corporation. It offers excellent rigidity and heat aging resistance, with a viscosity index of 140 and a melt flow index (at 275°C, 5kg) of 30. Suitable for injection molding processes, it is commonly used in the production of automotive manifolds and pedals.

  • High-temperature resistant. Compared to conventional plastics, nylon 6 exhibits superior high-temperature resistance. BASF B3WG7 GF35 PA6, reinforced with 35% glass fiber, further enhances its thermal properties. It achieves a deflection temperature of 220°C under a 0.45 MPa test environment and can withstand short-term exposure to 200°C. This makes it suitable for machine engine components requiring high-temperature performance.
  • Impact-resistant,  BASF B3WG7 PA6 GF35 achieves a Charpy impact strength of 100 kJ/m² at 23°C in unnotched condition. Even at extreme low temperatures of -30°C, it maintains a strength of 90 kJ/m², making it suitable for applications requiring high impact resistance.
