Technyl C 218 V30 is a polyamide 6 resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber, manufactured by Solvay S.A. It is also known as"GF30 PA6"and contains thermal stabilizers. It offers excellent temperature resistance, strength and rigidity, and is commonly used in automotive parts and electronic and electrical equipment.

GF30 PA6 material, Technyl C 218 V30 nylon 6 material contains 30% glass fiber and, compared to conventional polyamide materials, offers higher rigidity, dimensional stability, temperature resistance and strength, making it an excellent high-performance engineering plastic.
Heat stabilized. Technyl C 218 V30, which contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, offers superior temperature resistance compared to standard polyamides. In addition, this material contains thermal stabilizers, which raise its heat deflection temperature at 0.45 MPa to 218°C and its melting temperature to 222°C, making it particularly suitable for applications—such as in the automotive and electronics industries—that require high heat resistance.
Materials for Automotive Applications. As a material suitable for automotive applications, Technyl C 218 V30 meets the material certification requirements of several automakers, such as Ford and General Motors, and offers excellent safety performance, making it ready for immediate use.
