• Ultra high temperature resistance, As a high-temperature-resistant polyamide material, Mitsui E430N has a heat deflection temperature of 305°C at 1.8 MPa in its unannealed state and a melting temperature of 320°C. It is suitable for use in mechanical equipment components operating under extreme high-temperature conditions and can withstand long-term use in environments exceeding 250°C.
• Excellent mechanical properties. As a high-performance engineering plastic, Mitsui ARLEN E430N is suitable for manufacturing load-bearing components, with a flexural modulus of up to 11,400 MPa and Izod notched impact of 80 J/m.
• High dimensional stability, Mitsui ARLEN E430N PA6T has a moisture absorption rate of just 1.9% and a flow-direction shrinkage of only 0.3% compared to PA6 and PA66 materials, which have higher moisture absorption rates. It is suitable for the production of precision parts.
• High flame-retardant properties, Mitsui E430N PA6T material achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy even without the addition of flame retardants, making it suitable for electronic and electrical applications requiring high flame retardancy.
