• Medical grade PC, Sabic CRX1414 is a polycarbonate material specifically designed for the manufacture of medical devices. It offers excellent biocompatibility and has passed the relevant tests under ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993, making it safe for use in medical applications.
• Ultra low temperature resistance. LNP ELCRES CRX 1414 PC is manufactured using a copolymerized polycarbonate process, delivering exceptional low-temperature impact resistance. Its Charpy unnotched impact strength and Charpy notched impact strength remain intact even at the extreme low temperature of -70°C, and its Izod impact strength under notched conditions still reaches 40 kJ/m², far exceeding that of conventional PC resins. It is suitable for applications requiring high impact resistance, particularly at low temperatures.
