CCNM CT2010 China MABS pellet Description

CCNM CT2010 is methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin produced by China Guangxi Changke new material company, also known as"transparent ABS"or"MABS material."It offers excellent transparency, outstanding processability and chemical resistance. CCNM CT2010 MABS is commonly used in transparent electronic enclosures, medical equipment, transparent plastic furniture and display stands where high aesthetic properties are required.

CCNM CT2010 China MABS Advantage

Excellent appearance properties, Testing shows that CCNM CT2010 MABS material achieves a transmittance of 91% at a tested thickness of 1000μm, demonstrating excellent light transmission and transparency. This material can also be used for color modification by adding color masterbatch. CT2010 MABS is suitable for applications requiring high aesthetic properties, such as automotive interior trim, transparent appliance housings, transparent plastic furniture, and medical equipment.
Good machinability. CCNM CT2010 transparent ABS material achieves a melt index of 40g/10min at 220°C under a 10kg test environment. Its high melt flow rate makes it suitable for producing complex and thin-walled products.
Balanced mechanical properties. CCNM CT2010 China MABS material delivers performance comparable to ABS in most applications. It achieves a flexural modulus of 2063 MPa under the 2.0 mm/min at 4.0 mm test standard and a Charpy notch impact 1eA of 9.7 kJ/m², offering moderate impact resistance.
