Celanese Zytel 103HSL PA 6,6 Description
Zytel 103HSL is a general-purpose, high-temperature-resistant polyamide 66 resin pellet (PA 6,6 material) produced by Celanese Corporation. It has high strength, rigidity, and toughness, excellent processing performance, and contains a lubricant component to help product demolding.
⚠️Zytel 103HSL NC010 is a natural-colored polyamide material. The suffix"NC010"indicates the product is natural. Zytel 70G33L BK080 is black nylon material. If you require nylon materials in other colors, please contact us
Celanese Zytel 103HSL PA 6,6 Advantage
- Excellent thermal stability. Zytel 103HSL has a heat deflection temperature of 200°C under a 0.45MPa test environment and a Vicat softening temperature of 240°C under a 50°C/h 50N test environment. This is higher than conventional nylon 66 materials and can be used in automotive parts that require high-temperature resistance.
- Good processing performance. The viscosity of Zytel 103HSL nylon 66 material under ISO 307 test standard is 150cm³/g and the melt density is 980kg/m³. It is suitable for various processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion molding, and coating molding. It also contains release agent and lubricant components to facilitate the removal of finished products from the mold.
- Lower friction coefficient. Due to the addition of lubricant components, Zytel 103HSL has a sliding friction coefficient of only 0.6 against steel under the ASTM 1894 test standard for 1h, making it suitable for applications with high lubrication requirements.
