INEOS Novodur P2H-AT is Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene resin (ABS material) contained antistatic agent,also known as"ABS ESD", with high gloss and high impact resistance. Commonly used in the production of electronic device housings, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and automotive electronic components

⚠️Novodur P2H-AT ESD ABS material is manufactured at multiple locations, including the INEOS Styrolution plant in Thailand and the Elix Polymer plant in Spain (which acts as a contract manufacturer for INEOS). There are no technical differences between the two products; they differ only in their place of manufacture.

INEOS Novodur P2H-AT ESD ABS Advantage

Electrostatic dissipative ABS,Compared to conventional INEOS Terluran ABS, the main advantage of Novodur P2H-AT ABS is that it contains an antistatic agent, which reduces the material’s surface resistance to 10¹⁵ and minimizes static electricity buildup on the surface of finished products.
Good impact resistance. Novodur P2H-AT ABS has a Charpy impact strength of 100 kJ/m² at 23°C and 80 kJ/m² even at the extreme low temperature of -30°C, far exceeding that of conventional ABS materials. It is particularly suitable for use in mechanical enclosures and electronic device housings that require superior impact resistance.
Good processing properties. Novodur ABS P2H-AT material has melt volume rate (MVR) of 37cm³/10min @ 220℃ 10kg, high melt flow rate, facilitating the production of complex and thin-walled products
