Hopelex PC-1220 is a low viscosity polycarbonate material (PC resin) produced by Lotte Chemical. It has a melt index of 22g/10min (300℃ 1.2kg), is suitable for injection molding and contains a release agent, which facilitates the processing of complex and fine parts and has a wide range of applications.

Food contact safe polycarbonate material. Lotte PC-1220 is a relatively safe PC resin for food contact applications. It has passed the relevant requirements of EU NO 10/2011 and EU Regulation No. 1935/2004, paragraph 3 for food contact materials and can be used for conventional food contact packaging materials.
Good processing performance. Lotte Hopelex PC-1220 has a melt index of 22g/10min at 300℃ and 1.2kg under ASTM D1238 test standard. It has low viscosity and contains a release agent, making it suitable for injection molding and facilitating the manufacture of complex and fine parts.
Good optical properties. Under the ASTM D1003 test standard, Hopelex PC-1220 polycarbonate material has a transparency of 89% and a haze of only 0.8%, making it suitable for applications that require high product appearance performance.
