Lotte PC-1100 PC Advantage

Flame-retardant polycarbonate material, Lotte 1100 PC resin contains flame retardant components. Tested at a thickness of 1.6mm, its flame retardancy performance meets UL94 V-2 standards. It is suitable for appliance housings and heat dissipation modules requiring high flame retardancy and thermal management.
High impact resistance, Lotte 1100 PC material exhibits a flexural modulus of 24,000 kgf/cm² at a test thickness of 10 mm/min and an Izod impact strength of 80 kg·cm/cm at a test environment of 23°C. It is suitable for products requiring high impact resistance, such as mechanical housings and appliance casings.
Good machinability. PC Lotte 1100 exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 10g/10min under a 300°C, 1.2kg test environment. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processing methods, particularly for producing thin-walled products. Additionally, this material incorporates release agent components, facilitating large-scale rapid production.
