Lotte Hopelex PC-1100 PC Description

Hopelex PC-1100 is highly transparency polycarbonate resin (PC material) manufactured by Lotte Chemical, melt index (MFI) 10, containing flame retardant and release agent components, suitable for electrical applications, home appliance casings, and building materials

As shown in the figure on the left, the Hopelex PC-1100 is a clear PC resin with a shape that is approximately cylindrical.

Lotte Hopelex PC-1100 PC Advantage

Flame-retardant polycarbonate material, Lotte 1100 PC resin contains flame retardant components. Tested at a thickness of 1.6mm, its flame retardancy performance meets UL94 V-2 standards, furthermore, it does not contain bromine or chlorine, so it has minimal corrosive effects on electronic products. It is suitable for appliance housings and heat dissipation modules requiring high flame retardancy and thermal management.
Food contact grade, Hopelex PC-1100 complies with food contact requirements, is certified under U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1580, and is suitable for food contact applications.
Good machinability. PC Lotte 1100 exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 10g/10min under a 300°C, 1.2kg test environment. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processing methods, particularly for producing thin-walled products. Additionally, this material incorporates release agent components, facilitating large-scale rapid production.
