 Sabic Lexan EXL9330 PC Description 

Lexan EXL9330 is polycarbonate resin produced by Saudi Basic Industry Corporation. It features low-temperature impact resistance, high rigidity, and high strength. It also contains UV-resistant and flame-retardant ingredients and is widely used in electronic and electrical equipment, communications equipment, office equipment, and industrial applications.

Unlike conventional polycarbonate materials, Sabic Lexan EXL 9330 PC material is produced through a copolymerization process with silicone, which effectively enhances the material’s low-temperature resistance, enabling it to maintain good impact resistance even at low temperatures, The Izod notched impact strength at 3.2 mm -30°C reaches 65 kJ/m², making it suitable for outdoor applications at low temperatures.
  • High Performance Flame Retardant, Lexan EXL9330 PC material contains flame retardant ingredients, UL94 flame retardant test grade can reach V-0, 5VA, 5VB level, suitable for applications with more stringent requirements on flame retardancy.
  • UV resistance. EXL 9330 silicone PC resin contains UV stabilizers and meets the weather resistance requirements of UL 746 f1, making it suitable for products intended for long-term outdoor exposure.
