Light diffusion grade PC material, as an excellent light diffusion polycarbonate material, the lampshade made of Lexan FXD121 can effectively reduce uneven brightness, glare and shadows, making the light soft and uniform. This material is mainly used to make lampshades, display panels, transparent roof panels and automotive diffusion lampshades.
Good processing performance. The melt index of Lexan FXD121 PC pellet is 21g/10min. It is a high melt index polycarbonate material, suitable for the manufacture of thin-walled and complex products. It can also improve production efficiency and is suitable for large-scale production.
High transparent plastic material, Sabic FXD121 PC pelletrs with a transmittance of 80%, which is higher than that of ordinary plastic materials. It is used to manufacture products with high requirements on product appearance and clarity.
High impact resistance. Sabic Lexan FXD121 has higher impact resistance than the same grade of polycarbonate materials and can be used to manufacture automotive diffuser lampshades.
