Celanese Zytel 70G33L PA66 Description
Zytel 70G33L NC010 is 33% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 resin (nylon 66 or PA 6.6) produced by Celanese Corporation. It contains lubricants and release agents and has strong mechanical strength, excellent toughness, high temperature resistance and electrical properties. Zytel 70G33L NC010 PA 66 is commonly used in automobiles, furniture, home appliances, sports products and construction industries.

Celanese Zytel 70G33L PA66 pellet Advantage
- GF33 PA6.6 , Zytel 70G33L NC010 contains 33% glass fiber (GF30 PA 66), which gives it greater rigidity, high temperature resistance and strength than conventional polyamide materials.
- Stronger high temperature resistance. Compared with conventional nylon 66 materials, it has better high temperature resistance. The heat deformation temperature under 1.8MPa test environment reaches 252℃, and the melting temperature under ISO 11359 test standard is 262℃, which is suitable for use in high temperature environments.
- Stronger mechanical strength. Celanese Zytel 70G33L nylon 66, reinforced with glass fiber, boasts enhanced mechanical strength. Its dry tensile modulus reaches 10,000 MPa, its flexural modulus reaches 9,000 MPa, and its unnotched impact strength reaches 80 kJ/㎡ at 23°C. Zytel 70G33L PA66 is suitable for applications requiring stringent rigidity and structural strength.
- Good processing performance. The viscosity of Zytel 70G33L PA66 material is 157cm³/g under the teste standard of ISO 307. This medium viscosity nylon 66 material is suitable for injection molding, it also contains release agent and lubricant components, which reduce material residue in the mold and adhesion between the finished product and the mold, making it easier to demold the finished product.
- Higher dimensional stability. Zytel 70G33L PA66 material has superior dimensional stability due to the addition of 33% glass fiber reinforcement. The water absorption rate in water for 24 hours is only 1.2%, and the moisture absorption rate under the 2.00mm test environment is only 1.8%, which is suitable for applications with high precision requirements.
