Chimei Polylac PA-757 ABS Description

Polylac PA-757 is high gloss acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS material) produced by Chimei Corporation. It has a melt index of 18 ml/10min (200°C 5kg) and is suitable for injection molding, has high strength and high rigidity and can be used in the production of automotive parts, home appliance housings and office equipment.

The Chi MEI Polylac PA 757 ABS we supply is manufactured by Zhenjiang Chimei Chemical Co., Ltd. As shown in the image on the left, the material is in the form of approximately cylindrical pellets and has a natural milky white color.

Chimei PA 757 ABS Advantage

Balanced Mechanical Properties, Chimei Polylac PA-757 ABS has flexural modulus of 2.2 GP and Izod impact strength of 19 kJ/m² at 23°C, offering moderate impact resistance. Its performance is comparable to that of Terluran GP22 ABS,Sinopec275 ABS andZPC 0210 ABS, making it a direct substitute for these materials.
High gloss, Compared to conventional ABS materials, products made from CHIMEI PA 757 ABS have higher gloss and are suitable for electroplating processes, making them ideal for manufacturing electronic device housings that require high aesthetic quality.
Good processing performance. Chimei Polylac PA757 has a melt flow index (MFI) of 18 ml/10 min. With its high melt flow rate, also contains a release agent that reduces ABS residue in the mold, is compatible with standard injection molding equipment and is suitable for producing thin-walled products such as home appliance housings.
