 Covestro Makrolon ET3113 PC Description 

Makrolon ET3113 is a polycarbonate (PC) material produced by Covestro Shanghai Investment specifically for sheet production. It contains UV stabilizers and has a melt flow rate of 6 g/10 min at 300°C and 1.2 kg.
⚠️Makrolon ET3113 PC does not contain mold release agents, making it more difficult to process into complex products; it is recommended for use in PC solid sheet and PC honeycomb panels. It is not recommended for the production of PC multilayer panels. If you need to produce complex panels, we recommend using Makrolon ET3117 PC (which contains release agents).

  • UV stabilized PC, Polycarbonate materials are prone to yellowing and performance degradation when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Makrolon ET3113 PC contains built-in UV-resistant properties, effectively extending the service life of outdoor products.
  • Good processability. As a PC material specifically designed for PC sheet production, Makrolon ET3113 has a melt volume rate (MVR) of 6 g/10 min under test conditions of 300°C and 1.2 kg. Its high viscosity index helps prevent defects such as edge collapse and warping during the extrusion process.
