Envalior Lanxess Durethan AKV30H2.0 PA 66 Description
Durethan AKV30H2.0 is a heat stable grade polyamide 66 resin pellets (PA66) produced by Envalior Engineering Plastics. It contains 30% glass fiber reinforced plastic, can offers high strength, low friction, good insulation and high mechanical strength. AKV30H2.0 PA66 material can withstand short-term use at temperatures between 170-200°C (170-200°C) and long-term use at temperatures between 80-160°C (80-160°C), is suitable for bicycle bearings that require high-temperature and wear resistance.

⚠️Durethan is a series of polyamide materials produced by Envalior Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., which was invested by Lanxess. It was originally part of the German chemical group Lanxess. The outer packaging of the polyamide material may show the Lanxess logo or Envalior standard depending on the production location. Envalior Lanxess Durethan AKV30H2.0 PA 66 Advantage
- GF30 PA66 material. Durethan AKV30H2.0 nylon 66 material contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, which gives it good heat resistance, rigidity, wear resistance and dimensional stability.
- Excellent thermal stability. The heat deformation temperature of Envalior AKV30H2.0 PA 6,6 reaches 250℃ under the test environment of 0.45MPa. The products made of it can be used for a long time in the environment of 80-160℃ without deformation and aging. Even if used for a short time in the extreme high temperature environment of 170-200℃, it can maintain excellent mechanical properties. It is suitable for general bearings with high requirements for heat resistance.
- Excellent mechanical properties. Due to the glass fiber reinforced plastic, AKV30H2.0 Nylon 6,6 has stronger rigidity. The tensile modulus in the dry state test environment of 1.0mm/min reaches 10000MPa, and the flexural modulus in the dry state test environment of 2.0mm/min reaches 9200MPa, which is much higher than conventional plastics and general engineering plastics. It is suitable for applications with high requirements for rigidity and wear resistance.
