Envalior Lanxess Durethan BKV30 PA 6 Description
Durethan BKV30 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 resin (PA 6 material) produced by Envalior Engineering Plastics Company. It has good heat resistance, mechanical strength and rigidity, a melt index of 14cm³/10min (260℃ 5kg), medium viscosity and flow rate. Envalior BKV30 PA6 material can be used for conventional parts that require high heat resistance and mechanical strength.

⚠️Durethan is a series of polyamide materials produced by Envalior Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., which was invested by Lanxess. It was originally part of the German chemical group Lanxess. The outer packaging of the polyamide material may show the Lanxess logo or Envalior standard depending on the production location.
Envalior Lanxess Durethan BKV30 GF30 PA 6 Advantage
- GF30 PA6 material. Durethan BKV30 contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, which improves the heat resistance and mechanical strength of the polyamide material. Under a test environment of 1.8 MPa, Durethan BKV30 PA 6 material has a heat deflection temperature of 200°C and a Vicat softening temperature of 200°C under a test environment of 50°C/hr and 50N. Even under tests at 120°C, it exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for applications in high-heat environments.
- Excellent mechanical properties. Due to the glass fiber reinforced plastic, Durethan BKV 30 PA6 material has stronger rigidity and hardness. The ball pressure hardness under the ISO 2039 test standard reaches 210N/mm2 in the dry state, the tensile performance under the 1.0mm/min test standard reaches 9800MPa, and the flexural modulus under the 2.00mm/min test environment reaches 8600MPa.
